	1957	NISSIN ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. started R & D work of Electron Beam Processing System (EPS).
	1962	Completed installation of the 1st EPS(2MV 3mA).
	1969	Completed development of self-shielded EPS(300kV 30mA).
	1970	Established NHV(J.V. between NISSIN ELECTRIC CO.,LTD. and HIGH VOLTAGE ENGINEERING CORPORATION, U.S.A.).
	1971	Completed installation of NHV's 1st EPS.
	1983	Became a wholly-owned subsidiary of NISSIN ELECTRIC CO.,LTD..
	1988	Established NHV America Inc..
	1989	Completed development of one of the world’s largest EPS (5MV 30mA) .
